memory question

i'll be getting the buffalo firestix 2x1gb ddr800 for my new build. it says they run on 2.1v with timing of 5-5-5. the mobo im getting (intel p965ltck) says it accepts only jedec memory with timings of 555 or 666 and 1.8 volts. i should just be able to up the voltage on my mother board no? will this be a problem?

You might have a problem there if you can't raise the voltage of the memory. Try emailing the customer support of your mobo and asking them if you can up the voltage from 1.8v to 2.1v and see how that turns out.
