anyway way to config ram timing on p5b deluxe ?

i'd like reducing timing on my corsair 6400pro, on reviews they say this memory can do 4 4 4 12 on 1.9volt even at 400 fsb..

and where can i change the synch mode ? would like to change the ratio fsb/ram
