Overclocking Asus P5B + A-DATA DDR2-800 + E6300/E6400

I am thinking to buy:
Asus P5B i965
A-DATA DDR2-800
Core2 Duo E6300 or E6400
1. What stable overclock can I expect on such system?
2. Are there any better oveclocking mainboards for the sum of Asus P5B($150-$160)?
3. What is the difference between Asus P5B and Asus P5B-E?
4. Is Gigabyte GA965P-DS3 better choice?

I just built one for my cousin with:
DS3 + E6400 + XMS 2GB PC5400
OC it to 3.2Ghz with STOCK HSF
Idle: 45C Loaded: 58C
Completely STABLE, and very easy to OC

Yes, again the only difference between the S3 and the DS3 is the capacitors.
