Which PCI-e card to replace 9700 Pro?

I am building a new C 2 D based system and need to decide which PCI-e card to get.

I had a 9700 Pro in my previous system and was happy with it.

I am not much of a gamer and do not want to spend more than $75 on a video card. Whcich PCI-e card should I get?

yes thats a good choice also the GF6600 is a contender just go lucking around But make sure you stay away from the GF6200 because its just to weak.

Being not much of a gamer, do you mean you never play games, or just occasionally. If you play occasionally, i'd get a 7600gs. I think its like $85.
