Looks good to me. I dont really know anything about that motherboard but maybe someone else does. I would also be worried about your power supply if you plan on upgrading in the future, especially when considering quad core and DX10 Card.

You may want to considr the following:

1) PS - 500 W may not be enough, especially if you upgrade video card in future. Ultra PS have had good reviews.

2) Case. Lian-Li are very nice, but you may want to take a close look at the Thermaltake Armour Jr, MId-ATX tower with BTX upgtrade kit available. Not Alumiuim, but extremely nice case. No PS. Also less expensive than Lian-Li.

3) hard drive is good, but given the very low price differential (at least where I live) between a 160 and 250 GB drive, you may want to seriously consider getting the larger drive, especially if you are not planning to set up a RAID array. Even if the price difference is say 30 pounds, the extra space is worth it. Even a 300+ GB drive is worth the price differential in terms of system longevity.
