Today, i barely feel the tendonitis in my right arm. My back hurts too much. And before the tendonitis, my right knee hurt badly. now all i feel is the pain in my lower back. haha It's a good thing we have pain...or else!
you wouldn't know what part of you were injured.
what if you felt no pain, no discomfort, no sensation whatsoever from the body...not even that you are breathing...then what ?
Then you would suffer from Familial Dysautonomia
I see my mistake. I didn't mean in day to day activities as when in the world of things you have to act as a thing(body). I meant when you are in that dark and silent place where your body is left to itself and you are free to roam the heavens. Very much akind to death and that is the reason very few dare venture there.
Jeez Pike...we live in the most legalized opiated country in the world.
See your doc and get a hundred perc's.
I shattered my left collar bone in October 2006. The bone fractured in three places. The bone is held together with a seven inch titanium plate and seven 3/8 screws. One of the fractures is still open and healing very slowly.
My family doctor gave me an open prescription repeat for 100mg of Codeine Contin. If I complain a little my doctor will give me a perscription for hillbilly heroin (Oxy Contin).
Although it doesn't matter what I take to releive the pain, the pain never goes away. My left shoulder, the left side of my neck and my upper part of my left arm are always stiff and hurting. I can't raise my arm above my head and I can't use it to lift anything heavier than a couple of Kg. (5 pounds)
I see a shoulder orthopaedic specialist in Toronto in a couple weeks to see if I need more surgery. My present orthopaedic surgeon doesn't specialize in shoulder injuries and said I need to see a surgeon that only works on the neck and shoulders.
Just get that doc to sign off a medi weed grow exemption and invite me over.. A couple of pounds of Maple and I'm sure the world would be a much more comfortable place for you. If nothing else it makes Pike seem a little less strange

Na, i'm fine zp. I'm just pulled towards the unknown, that's all. Most people act as if it doesn't exist. I can't do that.
That is a nasty injury you have and it makes me feel i should'nt complain about my little tendonitis or back pain. My injuries are self inflicted and i could heal if i wished too. For you it's different. At least you can still enjoy many activities.
You should take all pain seriously.
It is your body's way of telling you something is wrong. Pain (physical pain) is your body telling you to stop doing what is hurting you.
Tendonitis can be very serious and so can back pain. Strained muscles, tendons and ligaments need time to heal or the injury may become chronic.
I would rather live with physical pain for a few weeks than for a lifetime. Take it easy and let your body heal.
The pain I'm experiencing is most likely muscle atrophy. I need physical therapy but the therapy can't start until the fracture heals. If I begin strength training too soon I risk damaging the fracture that is healing slowly. It's a catch 22. To stop the pain I need physical therapy. If I start therapy now I risk breaking my collar bone again causing greater pain. So for now I get to live with pain.
Try sticking your head in a gas oven. The pain will quickly go away.
For the tendonitis in the right harm i have to stop using it. Imagine not using your right arm! So yeah, i'll just go easy and see.
I hereby offer you pleasure of the mouth.

Adjusted!
I wish, sometimes.
Normally just before you ask, yet again, if you can use the tradesman's.
Weed takes up too much space to grow.
I'd rather have a continuous supply of opium to smoke.
made changes to the copyright infringement
Ed Rosenthal wrote a good book called Closet Cultivator that might make you question just how much space you really need. 1m^2 is more than enough unless your name is Tom.
There are guides on growing opium out there but I'm not sure I'd want to risk it.
Joint pain and tendonitis almost always tends to be a problem with one's own posture and holding your body out of line.
Line your body up, stretch, and most, if not all, of your pain will go away.

Fixed. And actively encouraged.

How old are you, Pikelet?
I thought you to be relatively young and pain free.
Pain is for pussies. [/wild man theory]
** Staples the convicts tongue to the table **
I thought it might help you empathise with Pikelet better...
...*Blurts out garbled, tongue-nailed slang:*...
"Onnnnllllyyy, c******nnnnttttsss caaarrreeee ffffooooorrrrr pppaaaaiiiinnnnn!!!!!" [/wild man theory, chapter 3]

I am very old. I remember our first color tv my dad won at the tavern playing poker. A Zenith. We were'nt the first on the street to get one though, the divers across the street were the first.
I am not a pusssie. Well...maybe just a little but my four legged pussies like it that way.
Pain is interesting. The physical isn't so bad in a general way, it's the emotional mind made pain that's debilitating.
Emotional pain? Last time I had that was when I was in school. [/this is where the aversion to blondes came from]
As for the physical... that's something that one just learns to block out.
Emotional pain as that which comes from fear. any kind of fear. If you've ever been in a close relationship it is easy to understand as the fear of loosing the beloved, or inadvertently harming him/her. If you have children there is the fear for their wellbeing when they do not come home after shool and have not given notice to their where abouts. That becomes emotional pain.
So you're a bit of an old bugger who feels the pains and aches of life -- no big deal in that. Time to turn that philosophical looking frown upside down, Pikelet.
I'm still waiting for a big wavey focker
This constant introspection is really starting to get me concerned.
*contemplates hiding the sharp objects*
You have a point...
And now so does Pikelet...
** Makes a few calls to find the going rate for major body parts **
I'll take the kidneys.
Well, I'll need to sell at least one kidney for my proposed cooling system upgrade...
Wait, this is the other...
*sacrifices a few n00bs in llama suits to atone for the sin of techie talk in the Other*
Next thing you know you'll be talking leet like a Llama...
Ow, my brains...
You have brains?
One in his head, one in his arse. The latter has considerably more reasoning power.
One in my...? So that's why my whanger seemed so bloody indiscriminate lately.
No. That's just you being a tart.
There's no tart like an old tart.
Not that I was dating an older woman when I started hanging out down here but I'm inclined to agree.
Anything over 135 years is good for me.
I know just the place if you ever visit Manchester... I'd guess I was the youngest person in there when I made the mistake of going on a cougar hunt one night. It made grab a granny at the Ritz look like a school disco.
Oh dear. I bet the conga line smelled of wee-wee.
Yeah.. and I still didn't get to test the claims about women with flase teeth giving better blowjobs.
Just imagine those smooth gums massaging your manhood.
Mmmm.. just like a fanny suffering from rigamortis.
Ooooohh.....me so horny....
One that has rotted enough to produce some substitute love juice.
