I think my Belkin UPS is starting to die out. It won't charge beyond ~35% & has probably caused a shut down or 2 but I'm never around when it happens but I know the power hadn't gone out. Its a 1000VA UPS w/ AVR. Anyone have some suggestions for a new one or a way to test the old one? Would like to have some room for future power needs as well as have ~15mins of running on battery time.
Thanks

This is a good one:

But, you could go to a Batterys + or some other local store like that. You can pick up a replacement battery at probably a fraction of the cost and leave the bad one behind for them to recycle. I replace batteries for units at work all of the time - rarely do I have a bad unit, a new battery usually does the trick.

Thanks for the recommendation & the suggestion on just replacing the battery. I'm going to check & see if i can find the replacement tomorrow before I decide to buy a new one.
