I'm not sure what you're asking. There are two things that you may be saying that I've thought of:
1-You want to view high-quality still photographs. Unfortunately, I'm not an expert on photo viewing and editing software. However, it really doesn't take much to see pictures. Windows Photo Viewer should, in theory, work as well as the expensive Photoshop Lightroom.
2-You want to improve your general computer graphics by downloading software. Unfortunately, this is impossible. For better graphics performance, you'll have to buy a graphics card.
Please explain what you want to do.
