I guess I will be the first to say this... Don't Use 3dMark scores for anything and I mean ANYTHING! it is useless a x1300pro out scores a GF6800Ultra in tomshardware VGA chart. That doesn't mean its better.. Just forget about the score.
So just use your system (which I may add is very nice) for what you want you wont be disapointed.

I was thinking of doing a 3D benchmark because my system seems to be coughing when I play my games. Simcity 4000 gets sluggish and lags. I can't drive around my city because of the horrible lag. When I first was getting opinions and everyone said this is a killer rig and will destroy anything on max settings, I was surprised at the performance of Simcity 4000. I don't play FPS. Im mainly play Sims2, Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, Trainz (2006), Caesar IV, Civilization IV and 18 wheels of steel: Haulin and ZooTycoon 2. Am I just being anal or my games demand a lot and my E6300 really isnt enough? I was thinking of picking up a E6600 in a few months or next summer. I was alos thinking of overclocking the e6300 but Ive bever overclocked before. Any opinions would be appreciated. Here are my specs:

Aerocool ExtremEngine 3T (keeps processor in mid to upper 20c's)
Thermaltake PurePower 500w
Gigabyte 965-DS3
E6300 retail
1Gb (2x 512mb) Corsair XMS2 ddr2-533 (3-3-3-8)
Sapphire x1900xtx PCI-E x16
Soundblaster X-Fi XM
IO magic-Lightscribe x16 DVD-RW-R dual layered
floppy drive (removing it)
17" AccuSync 75f CRT

Thanx :-)

Well your CPU should be ok but I see one of your problems... 1GB of ram... Age of Empires 3 wants 2GB to run good so sim4000 with hundreds of the cars people ect need a lot of ram.
I would get another 1Gb and you should be doing much better :)

Ok thanx. I figured that. I'm in the midst of getting another 1GB. I still dont remember why I didnt get 2GB in the first place! Anyway, thanx :-)

Scores look fine to me. That's about what my system gets at stock speeds. When I took mine up to 3.6 Ghz my score is 11,195
