So I just installed the evga 680i board. It works great. I'm running 2 identical Seagate 320GB drives in a RAID0. Every few mins I get the following error and the drives time out for about 5 seconds, the RAID always shows healthy:
Access failure: critical error on disk ST3320620AS (port sata 2.0)
I also recieve the same error on port 3.1 (the other drive). That leads me to believe that it isn't related to a faling drive and more lilkely a driver or config error. These are 2 new never used drives and a fresh install of XP. There are no other HDD's in the system. The only thing I have not tried is disabling all the other RAID ports in the BIOS (which I will try later).
Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas? Not a lot of info out there on the 680i boards yet and I can't find anythihg on the Evga site.
Thanks all!
