I just found a datasheet about the VX200 and VG700 on the german website:

According to this link

the VX2000 is expected to have a "temps de response" of 11.6ms. The data sheet on the viewsonic site says 20ms. ha!
11.6ms is only the on time.

For the VG700 viewsonic specifies a response time of 16ms.OK...but looking at the viewing angle spec you see a louzy 150/140. Thats not top of the edge...my conclusion is...16ms for the VG700 is.... again... only the on time.
