How can I find the value of an old pinball machine

I found an old coin operated Japanese pinball machine in our basement & was wondering if you had ever heard of it, because I haven't been able to find any information about it on the web so far. A lot of the writing is in Japanese, but the information I was able to read the following information (in no particular order):

Satomi
Arrange Ball
Miracle
Sammy Special
32"x21"x7"
Serial # 00136


I don't know if it is functional or not, and it's very dirty. I'm just trying to find out if it's worth the time to try and clean it up, etc.

They can be very expensive to fix depending on if the transformers work, etc. Without seeing it and just going on your description, I would say in the $50 to $100 dollar range. Hope that helps. Let me know.
