Tester showing power leakage in USB/Fireware port

Can any body tell me the reason for power leaking through body/USB/Fireware port of my PC& pl also tell the procedure to correct the
difficulties.Will this leakge can damage my fireware sound card?
Is it the reason for which fire ware solo sound card suddenly stops working?
After shut down of PC only its work.
Please help.

I am using tester which I use for testing for trace of power in 230 volt of AC.

Still need more information. Exactly what are you testing? How? And why did you decide to start testing?

A link to the tester would be nice.

But it sounds like you have a ground/floating ground problem.

Prolem starts while feeling mild electric shock on touching tips of USB port/Firware interface/body of PC.
Pen type tester which I used to test for trace of power in 230 volt AC also glow while touching tips of USB port/ Fireware interface.
Can this harm my PC/Fireware interface & should I stop using PC still the position rectificied?
Can it be the reason of suddenly stops working of Fireware solo interface ?
Please help.
