I am attempting to open up clipart downloaded from the internet and
receiving a message that reads "clip organizer cannot complete the
operation"

The same clipart opened on a 2000 pc.

Thank you for your help in this matter..unfortunately the download didn't
work. It looks like we will reimage the users pc since others can open the
same clipart.
