Is this too many processors to have listed?
If so, how do I deleted them?
Which ones should I leave?

I have 48 running and no problems.. if you do not have any problems either,

Hi

I have 46 processes running here ATM. I don't normally worry about them
unless I get any error messages or my system slows down a lot.

No. I normally see 70+ running.

A program usually needs the operating system to run quite a few processes.
A program may even need several instances of the same process running.

The operating system determines which processes need to be running. It is
sometimes necessary to stop and start processes manually, but this is rare
and done only when you are well informed of the need and procedures to do
it.
