Remove calculator windows 7

Hello,
Running Windows 7. Calculator loads when the cap lock key is pressed and then keyboard is diabled and any key pressed loads another calculator. When doing a scan with Norton and no keys were pressed, during scan, calculator loads numerous times. Ran scan with various software and no results. This is a pain!
