My Vizio 32 inch would not work with the remote. I called Tansel Electronics in Suwanee, GA. I told them that what the problem was and advised them that I thought the IR sensor was bad and I needed someone to look at the Flat Screen. I asked about the cost of the visit. They said the service visit would be $59.00 plus the cost of the IR sensor part which would be around $15.00. The tech arrived at my house at 2:15, replaced the IR sensor and was gone in 25 minutes but charged me $228.00 for Labor (which no one ever mentioned) he substracted the $59.00 visit and I ended up playing $185.05 which I tgought was outrageous for a 25 minute repair job where all the tech did was take the screws off the back of the TV and tested the exixting sensor and them replaced it with the new one. Its sad how everyone is trying to make as much money as they can off the consumer. Do not use Tansel Electronics they are a rip off.
