Hi,
Having installed ActiveSync 3.8, I am experiencing difficulty in
transferring some files from PDA to PC.
When transferring the file in question, a Memory-Map .mmo file, using
ActiveSync I get the erorr "An attempt was made to access 0000 past its
end." and then the connection to the PDA drops. If I move the file from my
PDA internal memory to an SD card then use a USB SD card reader to move it
to my PC I can read and open it properly, likewise if I transfer via
infra-red or bluetooth.
I have approached Memory Map and after reviewing some settings, they
suggested I contact Microsoft to enquire whether there are any ActiveSync
registry or other settings I need to adjust.
Has anyone else seen this error? Are there any workarounds for using
ActiveSync?
