Help PLEASE with Setting Up Web Server but Blocked by Modem?

I have had a few people help already and no luck, I wish to setup a home web server and have the iis web software running fine and everytime I put my IP into the web page all I get is the "User Name and Password" Slab to access the adsl Dynalink RTA1320 modem, I have tried lots of different settings in the modem but to no luck, I know to most of you this is a simple thing, Please help.

I would first like to thank all those that have replied, But never mind I found that the answer was that if you try to access the web page from inside the network all you will get is the adsl modem, Once again thanks to all that replied.
