The Quadro FX 1400 is based on the GeForce 6800 which is pretty low end by today's standards.

You won't get much quality gaming out of that.

cant seem to find much info about the motherboard however if i changed the graphics card i thought it might do pretty well ,i think its pci-e but also some of these have scuzy instead of sata. Is it possible to place a sata drive in a pc that had a scuzy drive. i would also appreciate any info u have on these types of ibms

It's either PCI-e or AGP. Download CPU-Z and check the Motherboard tab so verify which interface type your motherboard uses.

If the motherboard has SATA ports then yes you can use a SATA drive with it. Some server motherboards might be picky and want one or the other but there's no harm in trying it out. Just be sure to select which drive you want to boot from first in the BIOS.
