Stock Conroe 6400 heatsink/fan quiet?

I am looking at upgrading my current system and just got the 6400. I am trying to build a fairly quiet system. I don't have a case yet but am considering the Antec Solo with a Corsair HX520. Since I am spending more money then i want to on the case and power supply, i'd rather not spend money on a different cooler unless i have too. Anyone have some opinions on the "loudness" or lack of for the stock intel cooler?

It runs really loud, practically every other cooler will be more silent (unless youve got a fan going over 50dBs).
You should really cut down on PSU (there are much better for the price) and get a CoolerMaster Hyper TX or AC7.
