While I am not new to building my own machines, Ive never had much desire to overclock, but thanks to the conroe chips that are just way too easy to pump up the power (kind of like a turbocharged car...) Ive decided to take the plunge.

So Ive been researching like crazy, and just when I thought I had made a decsision on a Scythe Mine, I came across a review for the CM Hyper TX. Surprisingly it beat some of the bigger names like Ninja and I looked around for more reviews, and it continued to do well, and for under $30.
So I searched on a few of the overclocker forums and havent found a single mention of it. Is there something Im missing? Is it not actually a good overclocking HSF? Is the performance going to go down (relatively) when the vcore is raised like in a more aggressively OCed system?

Seems to me to be the next Arctic Freezer 7 Pro in terms of value ?

here are some of the reviews where it stands pretty tall next to some stiff competition.

feedback and opinions appreciated

Yes, the Cooler Master Hyper TX is one heck of amazing cooler. The problem is that once you start raising the Vcore it will fall down very fast, and get outperformed by the mammoth coolers, but if you are planning on keeping your Vcore below 1.4v at all times It might just be the best choice.
