Friend did some overclocking for me (all air)
What do you think?

My CPU ic 69°C Idle. System shuts down in 3Dmark06 when testing CPU.
On iTAT full load it reaches 85°C and shuts down too.

Help me out plz

You using the stock HS/F ?

Has it been seated properly ?

Do you have adequate case cooling ?

$hit, the stupid heatsink (Scythe Ninja) is too havy, it's weight was pulling it down from being tightly locked on to the CPU.

I had to put a piece of cardboard under it to support the weight.

Idle temps are now 46 Degrees and everything works fine, no freezes.


Anyway, maybe there is a better way to overclock it?

Any ideas?
