Home monitoring, best network camera?

I want to setup 3 network cameras to monitor a home. I'd like to make at
least two of them wireless. One near the router could be wired I guess.
I'd like them to post to a web site that I can monitor. Also to send email
on events. I'm looking at the Toshiba IK-WB11A and Axis 210. I like the
low light capabilities and they are supposed to have good resolution.
Thinking of going with ActiveWebcam for recording to a PC. Any comments
about the approach or components? Think there would be any issues with
mixing 2 Toshibas with an Axis? What do you all have out there for home
monitoring? Do you pay for a website?

Too much to think about. Any help would be appreciated because I don't want
to lay out ~$2K and be disappointed or not have it work.

Parts List:
2 Toshiba IK-WB11A
1 Axis 210
1 Wireless Router (Netgear)
1 ActiveWebcam software
1 Website to host? (www.camerwebpage.com)

DCS-3220 Dlink is mighty tempting to me right now for its price for an in
home cam. Two way sound 1lux ccd mpeg network cam.
Sounds like you don't really need a website, make a page on your hard drive
or a thumb drive and there ya go. I use pair networks for serious serving
and think its around $75 year for a basic ftp upload account - redundant fat
pipes galore there.
