how can i download only english movies subtitle

there are plenty of sites that have subtitles.
Just google it, once you are inside the website, type the name of the movie and select english from the list of languages.
Sometimes there are several options for the same movie, and you'll have to see which one works better with your video file.

If the subtitle is not synchronized with the audio, you can download "Subtitle Edit" and modify the subtitle file.
