You have no idea who or what I am, what my training is, or what I do, nor do you need to know. It is just because people take the word of the "officials" and "experts" as fact, when in fact they can easily be bribed or intimidated. It might be as a result of differentiation, a process whereby the functions of society become more specialized and the responsibily of a new institution. i.e. recently the day care institution arose as a result of dual-working families, and will be intergral to raising children in the near future. Anyway, my point is that people are limited and can't cross over to other specialists fields, so they asume that everything they say and do is unquestionable. So people do whatever their doctors say. They take vaccines that doctors don't even take because the docs know whats in it.
