New Rev is A1.2 and it works with over 800MHz
Vcore is lower than 1,2v
R600 uses GDDR3 but has a bigger bandwidth than G80 = 512Bit
Shorter than 8800GTX
Core to be smaller than G80 yet more transistors. Nothing about dual-core as the Inquirer (http://www.theinquirer.net/) reported.[/b]

Good Catch. 8)

Why do the japanese sites always get this kind of thing first? No card shot, just the GPU itself.

80nm (me like, already anticipated though)
shorter than GTX (me like, all video cards should be at least mid tower friendly)

Waiting on heat specs though, X1950XT and its brethren are great cards, but they produce heat that rivals a Preshot.

NDAs. Can't live with them, can't kill the people who write them.

Well, 80amps at 1.2 volts = 96watts just for the GPU. Looks like it will have similar (or maybe slightly lower) heat/power usage as the 8800.

Looks like they've pulled back on GDDR4. Bummer.

Yeah, why is it the foreign sites get first straws? :?

In the picture I see 10 Taiwanese dollars. Perhaps the Japanese is spying on the Taiwanese devoloped video cards :?:

How reliable is that site are u sure they took out GDDR4 why would they do that?

Reply to derek2006

Probably too expensive right now without producing a massively expensive card. We'll see it eventualy. Wonder if the 800MHz core isn't a way of combating that problem :?

Yeah cool catch, was about to post it beat me to it =).

I think that 1 gig of GDDR4 = $$$$.
And the 512 bit might be feeding the core well enough so the perf/$ gained is not worth it.

Time will tell =)
