Which standard?

I've been looking around and doing some googling (though not enough obviously , hence this post)

My question is, what ATX standard power supply would I need for a core duo system. I found a case that I like with a decent powersupply suitable for my needs (its a 430watt), but it is ATX 1.3 standard. The funny thing is that the other powersupply you can get is only 400watts but is the atx2.0 standard. Am I right in assuming that I need the atx 2.0 because it is newer? Or will atx 1.3 be fine? Thanks.

Yes the newer standard puts the bulk of the power on the +12v, much more preferred for c2d...
