links don't work...

Money no object, CM Stacker 830 or TT Tai Chi. Both are large roomy cases. TT Armor is nice also, but if you already have one, no need for a second one. You could always get the TT Kandalf, but they're basically the same thing...

Will also suggest NZXT Zero, nice tower with lots of fans and a decent price.

Sweet also need to double check the E-ATX

Yeah I thing you'd need e-ATX.

Will you Xeon be Passive or active ones?
What's you budget and which case did you link? Oh and what motherboard do you plan on using?

Have you considered a rackmount case? The Server Chassis category on newegg has a couple cool 4U rackmount cases.

My budget is around $180 although as you can see im breaking the bank on the Stacker case,so im trying to shave on this part of the build,im not into lwhats pretty need the best airflow with some nice quiet fans that come along with it!

Really like the stacket but the Eureka got my attention the other day & now im liking the NZXT Zero even the Stacker 810 is hot, geezz,im worried about the side fans messing up the air flow and the added noise has me concerned(stacker)..
If i went with the stacker can you guys suggest some noiseless fans
So lets try this again which one would you use to keep things cool!!

funds for the system are delayed until Wednesday so this gives me time to stay up all night and 2ed guess my choices again!!

Peace

Well I think the added price/performance from quad core Xeons will be too much to bear for you, as you are already exceeding the budget and worried about an extra 100 bucks on the case. Plus, its gonna be awhile until they hit retail places like NewEgg and ZZF. Right now they're only going to OEMs from what the article said.

Yeah, many Xeon come with a huge coper heatsink with no fan. You need a somewhat special chasis with a strong wind tunnel, usually a 120mm fan with a baffle to make sure you you have enough airflow.

Most of the come with a smaller heatsink and a fan on top. You also need to pay special attention to FB-Dimm cooling, these get extremely hot. I don't know if you can fit the Corsair Dominator fan on these but it would be a good idea.

I personally setuped a server with This chassis. I don't know it's of your budget and don't know if it takes any board other then the 5000 from intel, but I link it anyway so you can peak at it =).

The stacker has good aiflow, is very large and should suit your needs...
