Hello, infact it's seem's it the same (harware) as the AXIS 213 see
www.webcam-montblanc.com I use this camera (axis 213)

You can alternatively connect a camcorder to a PowerPod ($170) and get
similar functionality.

Not as compact and won't mount upside down, but might give you the
functionality you want for less cost.
