I've been stoked about this new computer I've been building, but keep running into the same error.

The specs are:
MOBO: GA-965GM-S2
PROC: Intel Core 2 Duo E 6300
RAM: Kingston 1GB pc2-6400 CL5 240
PSU: 450 watt ATX

The error:
I assemble the mobo/proc/ram and wire it up. The computer boots, counts ram, then stops. The keyboard (PS2) flickers on for a second, but I can't use it. I thought it might have been the power supply, so I ordered this new 450 watt psu for the case. Didn't solve the problem. Thought it might have been the mobo. RMA'd it and same problem. I'm thinking it could be the ram, because I've read that this chipset is tough to find ram for, but I dunno. I'm just disappointed that this is happening with a gigabyte mobo. I've had great experiences with them in the past, but this is almost unacceptable.

Any thoughts or help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks.
