I'm building a new rig using the Lian-Li PC-V1200 case, and am looking to buy one of the high-performing CPU coolers for use on a new Core2 Duo CPU. I'm concerned about how well a large CPU cooler would fit in this case, as the motherboard is mounted in a BTX-like position, with an aluminum divider right under the bottom of the motherboard near where the CPU socket would be.

I was just wondering if anyone would have experience with mounting an oversized CPU cooler (like the Tuniq Tower) in this case. I assume the fit would depend on the particular motherboard I choose, and the exact location of the CPU socket relative to the bottom edge of the motherboard. I think most CPU coolers that are the width of a 120mm fan should fit, but the Tuniq may be too wide.
