Hi im sorry to be a pain but im desperate. I have chosen a new rig to get myself which is:

Foxconn P9657AA-8EKRS2H
1GB OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz CL5.0 Gold GX XTC Dual Channel Memory
Gainward BLISS 7900GS 256MB
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400

The problem is i cannot find a suitible power supply, the manual for the motherboard says i will need a power supply with a 8-pin connector due to the fact that the processor is a core2duo. Because of this the only power supplies i can find are £80, and that is far too much for a power supply. please help

Don't spoil the ship for a ha'porth o' tar!

The days of using any old 200W PSU are gone. So are the days of using the one that may have come with the case.

For the high spec build you detailed, you want a truly reliable PSU, capable of coping with the high demands of your system.

I read a benchtest article in MicroMart mag last month, and thats the price today £80 to £100
