When syncing WMP 10 with my IPaq 4355, no matter what I set bit rate to, it
uses the original bit rate instead. Set to 64kbps and it used 256kbps
(original file). Anyone else get WMP to sync at specified bit rate
correctly?

I believe you are not going to be able to take advantage of the transcoding
features unless you have MP10 on the PPC as well. Unfortunately very few
PPCs are equiped with MP10 yet. HP has indicated they will not be updating
older PPCs.
