8800GTS problems any help here?

So i just got my 8800GTS from TD, installed it, everything went fine no problems but for some reason now my computer isnt reading my CD/DVD-rom drive. I have no idea why? i checked all the cables there all proper and everything is connected to the CD/DVD-rom so whats up? this hasnt happen before. currently all i can do is play COH because it doesnt require a CD-ROM in the drive...help...

500W PSU X-connect
8800GTS
P4 630 3.0ghz
2.5GB DDR400
D915GAG
X-FI sounds card.

Does your bios still find your dvd drive?

Yea i see it in BIO but whenever i look into MY COMPUTER all i see are the HDD drives no CD-ROM drives =/

Does windows see your hardware at all?
