First OC, questions and comments

So today I decided to OC my e6600. Mobo is P5W DH Deluxe, Ram is OCZ Platinium R2 2x1gb (DDR2-800 @ 4-4-4-15)
Power supply is OCZ 700W
CPU Cooling is water (Kandalf LCS)

Heres whats my bios say :

AI overclocking Manual
CPU Frequency 400
DRAM Frequency DDR2-800Mhz
Performance Mode Auto
PCI Express Frequency 100
PCI Clock Synchronization Mode 33.33Mhz

Memory Voltage 2.10V
CPU Core Voltage 1.4375V
FSB Termination Voltage 1.40V
MCH Chipset Votlage 1.55V
ICH Chipset Votlage 1.05V

Configure DRAM Timing by SPD Enable
DRAM ECC Mode Disabled
Hyper Path 3 Disabled
Dram Throttling Threshold Disabled
Memory Remap Feature Disabled

Alright, so I boot and everything is fine, 3.60Ghz at post, PC2-6400 Dual Channel.

but... CPUZ report that ram timing are 5-6-6-18
Is that the real value or CPUZ is getting a wrong value ?

Temp :
from Intel TAT : 36-37 IDLE and 60-62 Full Load
CoreTemp : 34-36 IDLE and 62-65 Full Load

Are my temps alright or too high ?

and a strange value from SpeedFan ... AUX @ 125C ?!?

Did i miss something for the ram timing ? I have already try to disable SPD and set manually the timing, but it wont boot into windows.

At 2.2V on ram, it doesn't work, no boot
