Best memory for E6400 with OC

My motherboard is the Gigabyte P965-DS3 and my proc is obviously the E6400. I am hoping to OC as far as possible, I have the tuniq tower for cooling. I want a 2x1GB kit. I want cheap RAM, but I don't want to be overly stingy so it limits my overclocking abilities. I was hoping for less than $250, but if there's a large performance gain with RAM above that then I guess I could go higher. I am looking at this RAM currently.

I would say swap it for this set instead. This Corsair set has slightly tighter timings, and I believe it also uses a lower voltage (2.1V for the OCZ, vs 2.0V on this Corsair, if memory serves..... no pun intended of course)

I was just about to order some of that stuff and it's now out of stock. So I'm now looking at this RAM. I've heard G.Skill is a good company and according to the reviews people could get ~500 MHz with 5-5-5-15-ish timings. Since I only have air cooling and a DS3 that's more than I need, but not really overkill, plus it gives some room in case I get an unlucky chip.

G.Skill is a decent brand. Since the OCZ is out of stock, I would go for it.
