Problem with my CF Port IPAQ hx4100

Hello

I got a Problem with my CF Port of my hx4100
But I like to tell you Guys the complete Story
For my Internet connection I got an CF NEC Communication
Card and this card works fine until 3 Days ago
my hx4100 doesn't recognize this card anymore.

First I have check the NEC Communication Card in an other device
and it works fine.
Second I have check the CF Port with an CF Memory Card and it
works fine also.

Now I hat hard reset my Device and try it again and non of the CF Cards
working properly anymore. Sometimes the device recognize the CF Cards
sometimes not.

I load my Backup from the SD card and try it again and the CF work fine
and stable again but the NEC Communication Card not.

So now I don¢t now what to do? The CF Port seems okay the CF Cards works
in other devices fine. Has anyone some idea how I can solve or analyze
the problem?
