I have successfully received incoming email on an
additional email account using mail.isp.com as well as
the outgoing mail however an error message continues to
show up with the sending action failing. Anyone have a
possible solution?
Thanks,

Yes, and I have checked the "outgoing e-mail server
requires authentication" box.

Sounds simple I know (and I'm not being sarcastic either) but did you check
the username/password to make sure they are correct? Go ahead and retype
them to be sure.

maybe the ISP you are currently connected through is preventing SMTP relay to
other servers ????? Just a thought!
