Or should I get a Nforce NorthBridge I just want something that works to full bus speed and oc's easily and I hear the P965 is good for both...

I will use this for gaming and I want to oc the cpu to a E6400 would this be good those things

Also I have a 7900GS and a Zalman cpu fan for the E6300.

The 965 is the best chipset to work with the E6300. Also the board you chose is a very good OCer. With a zalman fan you should be able to hit well over 3ghz easy, maybe 3.5ghz nevermind the speed of a E6400.

Theres no point spending money on an expensive chipset motherboard then get a crappy parts. btw why are you getting the 7600GS if its a gaming rig?

Great thanx for the info and Im not getting a 7600GS I havea 7900GS already. BTW I just want to make sure I understand what you said so you do think my cpu.ram,mobo would be a great combination right? I just didnt know what you meant by crappy parts. Im on a budget so thats why I'm not getting 2gbs of ram and not buying a new 8800GTX

Oh sorry I thought you said 7600. But yeah, like i said all the parts are very good especially for overclocking.
