I ordered an OEM s939 x2 4200+ and was wondering if my s939 64 3500+ heatsink fan will be able to cool it adequately under all conditions (no overclocking i guess :( )

If it isn't adequate, what is a good solution?

I suggest the Zelman CPU coolers but if your tight on budget and no oc'ing i guess those generic stock HSF look-a-likes would do.
