WebcamXP reboot problem

Hi All,

I am currently testing WebcamXP with an AverTV tuner card... I have just
about got it working spot on apart from when the system reboots, the PAL I
setting of the source card goes back to NTSC. Its a pain to have to keep
setting up PAL I everytime time the system is rebooted. Does anyone have
any ideas how I can cure this little problem? Is the problem with WebcamXP
or with the driver for the AverTV card? Any advice or help would be very
much appreciated indeed. Its got me stuck.....
