Encoder Help!

Hi, firstly ~ A Happy new year!

Looking for advice with MS Encoder.

Running a couple of website(s) from a PC on my home network using Apache
which has worked well for ages.

I've now plugged a little cam into the machine and I'd like to try and send
a video stream.

I can get the encoder to run showing both the input and output locally no
problem.
I've nominated a port to broadcast on and I've opened that port on my
Firewall.

How do I get my Apache Server to dish up the stream ? Can I ?

Do I need to do something with WMS Services ?

I hoped (probably naively) that by placing the 'ort' at the end of my
Server root URL it would work.

Any help gratefully received!
