optimal build for me...plz help

Hi guys.

I want a good gaming system, but I don't want to spend big bucks. I always found the best value/performance can be had from the n - 1 technology/speeds. I intend to buy around March 2007 but I am doing my homework in advance. Please critique my build (below). What components can I change without increasing my cost or decreasing my performance?

Is it worth spending the extra money for a 680i or 650i chipset?
