As the system was in the process of updating bios, it froze for over 20mins. So i restarted the system then it didnt boot and hasnt booted up ever since, no beeps no sign of life expect for power. Is there a chance of reviving my mobo?

NEVER turn off a computer while updating the bios. Unless you have one of the new boards with dual bios, you now have a dead motherboard. It is possible to remove the old bios chip and put in a new one, but I suspect it would be cheaper to just buy a new board.

nope, the bios is dead, total roadkill
the computer doest have any "Basic Input-Output System"
so he doesnt get to the boot sequence.
you could try to get an new bios from the mobo manufacturer or just buy a new mobo,
depends on what it's worth.
