I need help connecting the front panel wires from a Silverstone Temjin TJ09 case to an ASUS P5N32-E SLI motherboard. I'm not sure which pin connectors on the motherboard the case wires are supposed to be connected to.

The wires are colored and marked as folllows:

White: VP
Black: VG
Blue: TPA +
Orange: TPA -
Green: TPB +
Red: TPB -
Black: Shield

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks :)

I believe those are for the FireWire connection (IEEE 1394) on the top of the case. For me they weren't long enough to connect to my Asus Striker Extreme so currently mine aren't connected (which isn't a huge deal for me since I own zero firewire devices). And if I did I could just use the connection on the back.

Good luck.

I got a temjin09, and there basically 4different connector.

The one that you want to connect to the motherboard do NOT come from the top of the case but rather from the center next to the mid section duct.
Is is written on the black plastic connector what they are use for. The IDE are seperate, if you get the +/- inverted no biggie, just no light!

Also asus should provide that easy connect where you get all the pins connecteted and then you put it on the motherboard should be pretty straight forward.

If you are talking about the Firewire conector/front audio, you can connect them directly on the P5N32-e, no need to use the individual pins
