Cut and Paste a Window into any Office file

What are the 3-key shortcuts for copying and pasting a window into an Office
file such as Word or PowerPoint? I use this feature to write instruction
documentation. I used to know, but I've forgotten. Thanks.

shift-print-screen to copy the desktop view
alt-print-screen to copy the window that has the focus

I use <Alt+Print Scrn>, or just Print Scrn, depending if you want the
highlighted window only, or the entire screen.
