Intel Pushpins

For the second time this build I have broken the Intel pushpins on my cooler - firstly stock then a Freezer 7 Pro!

I guess I best stop eating spinach before I touch my PC parts

Has anybody else done this, are they just useless?

That's pretty unusual. I can't recall reading anything about that happening. I have the Freezer 7 Pro, installed it on a few builds for family and friends and I've also used the stock HSF a few times too. Yes, they're a bit hard to get to go in but the most common problem I've read about is the pins not going all the way into locked position.

What procedure are you using to install the HSF? I got to think you're doing something wrong.
