First ever build, questions about MCE 2005...

I've just gotten all my stuff from newegg and I'm ready to build my new comp, but I have questions:

I decided to go with MCE 2005 as my OS until Vista is available and stable. There is a warning on the MCE box about hardware compatibility etc... is there anything special or difficult about setting up a PC with MCE on it?

I went with MCE because my desktop is used primarily as a DVD player for my projector, although I do play some games on my PC as well.

Anyway, just wanted to check and see if I should be concerned about using MCE with my new build... I'm using the BFG 8800GTS if that makes any difference. I havnt opened MCE yet, so it can be returned if I need to...

It's likely you'll be OK unless any of your hardware is more than a few years old. It's usually the Media hardware that has issues, not the usual PC components. Media Center Solutions
