Graphics Card not Recieving enough power?

I installed Windows, and I was installing my graphics card driver. The installation finished but I get a message saying that there is not enough power for the card to operate. I have a Thermaltake Purepower 600W PSU with a XFX Geforce 7900GS Extreme. I attached the wire that says PCI-E on the PSU to the graphics card. What is the problem?

God, nm I am such an idiot. I took the PCI-E PSU wire out for some reason. Put it back in now I don't get that message anymore.
